Sekon Board Members
Sekon members meet annually each July and elect a board and
officers who carry out the duties of the association. The board is
composed of four officers elected for one-year terms and three
at-large directors elected for staggered three-year terms.

The association operates under a set of bylaws adopted by the
membership.

Sekon Rental Rules
In addition to the bylaws, members may be subject to rules and
regulations adopted by the board, including rules for renters.

Sekon Members
Sekon Association members are the persons who have a fee simple
interest in the  55 subdivided properties in the commuity.  (Coming

More Sekon News Briefs

  • Sekon elections were held at the annual meeting July 7.  Steve
    Cross was reelected president, Jim Moasco was reelected vice
    president, Eileen Mansfield was reelected treasurer. Al Crispo
    was elected secretary. Each of those officer terms is for one
    year.  Marsha Stanley was elected to a three year member term,
    having completed serving a one year interim appointment,  and
    Alan Miller was elected to a one year member term to fill the
    vacancy created when Al Crispo became secretary.  Ed Traynor
    has two years remaining on his three-year term.
