Who we are
Sekon Association is a homeowner association representing property owners of
camps (vacation homes) on Upper Saranac Lake in the Adirondack Mountains of
New York. The properties include many historic buildings dating to the Great
Camp era.

to provide a central source for community documents such as bylaws, minutes of

Article 78 Lawsuit Refiled
- Frustrated Harrietstown taxpayers have filed a new Article 78 lawsuit against the town
and its former assessor. The suit was filed in State Supreme Court at the end of
October. Several Sekon members and many Upper Saranac Lake residents are among

Court Ruling Could Halt State Tax Payments in Adirondacks
- A state court in western New York has issued a ruling which, if upheld on appeal,
would halt the state's payment of taxes on state land, threatening a grave crisis for the
